: It the summer it's extremely hot inside since there is no airconditioningSmall things, so easy to improve: windows and curtains not washed for a long time, extra pillow also dirty, tv remote control doesn't work.

: we were moved to another location just few days before going due to water leakage, which I can understand. what was really frustrating is that I received different e-mails that there would be somebody waiting for us to give us the key and we learned only later that we must go and check-in at a reception far away from the apartment. they told us to leave the key inside and close the door when we check out. however there are few other doors before you go out on the street, so we could have found ourselves trapped at 6:30! (luckily someone just opened before us). the property was fine, only the hot/cold water regulation is a challenge as they use a burner that is heating on the spot, so you can find yourself burned few seconds after you find the right temperature
