Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location is ok. Not too far from the city centre
  : I don't usually give low ratings as I understand the effort properties have to put in to serve guests, but I am compelled to write this. After a 12 hour long flight with my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter, I reach the apartment to find that there is absolutely nothing there- soap, sugar, coffee, milk powder, just towels and a hand wash. And this was 10 pm meaning that all night we had to manage somehow. I guess the hosts can at least be a little considerate about providing guests with a little something to freshen up, especially at this price. Next, the kitchen table top and chairs, felt sticky like they were wiped using syrup. I couldn't allow my daughter to sit and eat there. The worst part is when the elevator suddenly stopped and I got stuck inside for 40 minutes. The fire department had to eventually come and pull me out, all while my wife and daughter waited outside panicking. I also have asthma which made the entire experience terrifyingThe apartments otherwise are ok, but with the experience I had here, i don't see how these prices are justified. I also feel that hosts can be a little more considerate about what guests might need. I run 7 air bnbs and always wonder what a guest may need after a long journey or whether the appliances and services are in shape. Will I recommend this place? I don't know. Will I ever come back here- not at all.

  : Nice location overlooking the river, quite a lot of space
  : The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage with flakes of plaster falling down through the day. We reported this bug never heard back. The location is not that close to the old town if thats important for you.

  : Spacious, close to the tram stop, sunny, comfy! It has an antic Vienna house vibe!
  : No washing machine, very old coffee machine, old cups
