: Good value for money, spent 2 weeks here and felt like home, the appartment is very cozy and comfortable. Additionally, allowed to check-in earlier. Quite far from the center but close to the nice embankment.
: The windows overlook the walls, sometimes it can be dark a little. There was a fail with lack of wifi for more than a day, but the team tried to solve it as quickly as possible. Perhaps you should have passwords/logins from wifi in your apartments just in case.....

: Appartment is excellent. Beatifull and tastefull furniture, high ceilings make rooms feel grand and comfortable. Amenities and apliences are high end. Appartment is in the lovely street with supermarkets, fast food restaurants, bakeries and 5 minutes from metro station.
: No soap and shampoo holder in the shower. We had to go to a distant part of the city for check in and to get the keys. But from that location we got a free taxi trasport to the appartment.

: The apartment was clean from inside, although dirty entrance and building. The utensils and other facilities inside the apartment were good, as per the expectations and the pictures on Booking.com.
: The check-in process was very poor and highly unexpected and disappointing. We had to take expensive taxi and reach some random location to collect keys, where there was no easy access to bus or train. The reception was FAR AWAY from the apartment. The entrance of the apartment building was very SHABBY AND DIRTY . Couldn't imagine such a place in Vienna. These two issues were major mood-off for this place. If the owner sort outs these issues then I would say its quite a good apartment to stay.
