  : Fake images, we didnt get the apartment we booked. The kitchen in the apartment had no equipment so you couldent even use the kitchen.No soap in the bathroom or showergel.

  : The location of the property was good.
  : This place is completely misrepresented. It stated that we were getting a two bedroom, it was a one bedroom with four single beds in the dining room area. The kitchen had literally zero glasses, flatware, pots, pans or anything else... What is the point in renting a unit with a kitchen that is completely unusable!? The Host was rude or completely unresponsive. This place is fine if you have no other options, and you go in expecting to be disappointed.

  : basically everything was a disaster, we only had beds, sheets, water and electricity, nothing else!!! not one glass, fork, plate, toilet paper... The sheets were not clean. we just didn't get what we saw on pictures. They also took without my permition 130 euro for "safe deposit", and return me 100 euro, 30 was cleaning fee

  : there is a lot to say about this, my experience at Baterial Apartments was terrible and terrifying. They are scammers, the first time they ask you for a deposit of 100, after which they find reasons not to give you the money back. When I entered the apartment, it was very dirty with all kinds of hair on the bed linen, towels, no dishes in the kitchen, no cutlery, absolutely nothing. The internet didn't work, there were a lot of beds in the house, plus you don't get the apartment you book, however, out of stupidity, so as not to move around with my luggage, I extended my stay by sending them a private message on WhatsApp talking with them, they took my money directly without waiting for my approval, the next day I had to move to another apartment, for reasons of renovation. Well, when the "inspector" (the main scammer) came, she noticed that there had been smoking in the apartment, the surprising fact being that we didn't smoke. So we were asked to wait in the hallway with all our luggage, with a small child of only 1 and a half years old, after which we received a message from another character that he would not give us any more apartments, and that the money would be returned to us in the last a maximum of 14 days. (a total lie), I obviously called the police, they stopped responding to messages, phone calls, not even that. Thanks to the police, we recovered our money and were able to leave for another accommodation.

  : First of all the apartment doesnt look like the pictures on Booking.com the place was dirty and unhygienic we found red ants under a bed matress, we found cokroaches, there were trash even a used dirty pant under one of the beds, we also found piss stain and blood on the toilet some rooms were literally so dirty the floor was filled with dirt,In most of the beds we found human hair all around.When it comes to costumer services the 24/7 phone number they gave well we called them so many times and no one picked it up. We had to leave the apartment the same day because it of fear for getting some kind of disease there.We filed for a refund but didnt even get a reply on that.

  : Location was nice. The property itself is good. There is enough space for a big group of people. Dining area is at the separate floor. Automated windows openning.
  : There were no necessary things in the apartment and nobody told that in advance. No cutlery, no plates, no cups. Kitchen was absolutely empty. No toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent. Bathroom was empty too. I travelled with the group of teenagers. It was very inconvenient for us not to have an option to use kitchen. There were no way even to make a tea. Very disappointing
