  : The location to the city centre was good. The room was tidy.
  : I purely booked this place because Booking.com advises they have a washing machine included in the facilities. THERE WAS NO WASHING MACHINE. I was very upset about this.Also the distance of the accommodation from where you had to collect the apartment keys from was extremely far apart.You had an option to get someone to deliver the keys or collect the keys from you for the princely sum of 35 Euros each time.You are not made aware of any of this in the booking.com website. I have used booking.com extensively - I still have a few future bookings to go - but I was very disappointed about the inaccurate advice Booking.com provided about the washing machine and the non-information about the key collection point distance and additional costs.

  : The apartment itself and the location is nice
  : The collection point for the keys is substantially far from the apartment. I don't think they should offer short term stays if they cant organise key collection at the property. It took a substantial amount of time out of our short holiday to pick and up and drop off keys. Additionally, there was no tea, coffee, soap or any of the basics you would find in normal accommodation. Additionally, they only gave us one key which broke at one point and the 24 hour hotline was essentially not helpful and rude, and blamed us for the key breaking -this part of the trip was truly disappointing and frankly, baffling

  : The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Close to the Christmas Markets and close to a Supermarket made it easy to get all the items i needed. Great water pressure and Hot Water for a great shower and washing. The Bed is comfortable on my own it was anyway. Bright and airy and really good WIFI.
  : Only having 1 Body Towel and 1 Hand Towel was not enough. Was not a massive issue as i purchased one in Vienna.The small fridge/freezer is loud and interrupts sleep. I unplugged it at night.One of the windows is broken. Not able to control heat so it was warm all the time (but i left the window open problem solved).There are washing machine manuals but no washing machine i think it is locked behind a separate cupboard.

  : Terrible key collection system and directions provided extremely difficult to interpret for someone who doesn’t know the area. The bus didn’t take cash and we couldn’t find train station.Taxi cost €8 in the end after a lot of trouble.
