Although we had submitted all the necessary data to Booking.com when booking the apartment, the manager of the apartment asked us to send a copy of the personal document with a photo, which is already a violation of personal data. 2. Difficult delivery to the house, you need to make a phone call. 3. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the elevator is small and inconvenient. It can accommodate only 2 people, and it can accommodate only one person with luggage. 4. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were asked to fill in a Check-in form, which also requires personal data and credit card data, which is also a violation of personal data. 5. No Wi-Fi code was left at the apartment upon arrival and we could not use the free internet. We only received the code on the second day of our stay after sending an inquiry. 6. Living is noisy. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the noisy street. Even after closing the windows, due to the poor insulation of the windows and walls, the noise of the street and the air conditioners and other devices installed on the roof of the house can be heard throughout the night. 7. There are no remote control instructions in the apartment. 8. Kitchen: There are all necessary household appliances for cooking, but no sugar, salt or tea. We stayed three nights, but the apartment was not cleaned, towels were not changed.
