  : Located in easy to find street, about 500m walking to the closest metro station. Parking available in the street, though it costs 2.1eur/hr. Supermarket right across the street. Modern furniture, modern bathroom, kitchen, all in almost new condition.

  : at the time the reservation was made, the option was for payment at the property, check in at any time, but the surprise, when we arrived we were asked for an extra € 20 for the room we were late and someone was waiting for us from their free time give us the code (we estimated that we arrived at 18.00 but we arrived at 20.00) - the owner's attitude towards the tourists who reported problems

  : At first I was suspicious about all 'exceptional' reviews but decided to take a risk and booked this apartment and never regretted! Apartment is very big and light, it's brand new, freshly renovated, we felt like in a pretty fancy hotel, it had everything necessary, all the dishes and utensils, coffee machine with capsules, kettle and tea bags. It's located quite close to the center, direct tram number 2 around 20 mins, tram stop is very close to the hotel. Area is very clean and quiet, many supermarkets around.

  : Location is good. There is tramp no.44 just infront of you and it goes directly to the downtown. But you can also walk, and it's about 20 min walking distance.Aparment is very modern, nice and cozy. And very, very clean.
  : In the list of facilities you can find info that there is a public parking on this lot, even thoe we checked free parking in our search this property somehow apears. So the parking is NOT free! You can park from 9 a.m until 19 a.m and you can stay 2 hours max. So this is not a solution for guests coming by car.

  : The apartment itself was very clean and the location is pretty okay, everything was fairly close by
  : - I've traveled a lot, and I've been never met with so much lies from a host themselves. At first, this booking was advertised with having free parking (the booking information was actually changed from free parking to paid parking after we already paid for the room). The other reviews clearly state this as well. When we arrived, I checked the page again to confirm the location, and there was now no mention of free parking on the apartment Booking page. I called the host, and he outright said that it's Booking's fault, they messed something up. He said they don't have a garage or parking spots reserved, you can only park in front of the apartment if the spot is available, and that it's free. Later on, we learned parking is not actually free, it's 2.10 EURO/hr, but free at night. This is what he told us the second time we called, so we left our car in the front at nights and paid during the day. Turns out that was a lie as well. Parking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for anyone that's not a resident of the surrounding buildings, but the host didn't care to tell. The last day, when we were supposed to leave, I wake up and go down to the car, only to find a parking fine for 100 EURO taped to my windshield, and a WHEELCLAMP on one of the wheels. I had to walk for a few hours to find a bank and change my money to euros, and then find a police station to go and pay the fine. This ended up costing us more than 150 EURO for parking fees and the fine, and we specifically picked this apartment for a greater price, because it promised free parking- In the end, I asked the host to at least split the fine in half with me, and then he turned to insulting me and saying he doesnt care about it at all- The heating didn't work at all, and there was no warm water in the shower when we arrived.- The host also mentioned a welcome drink waiting for us in the fridge, turns out that was a lie as well.

  : I liked everything, very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, nice kitchen, very cleanIt was a little problem with heater, first night was a little cold in the second room , the AC was set only on 22 than on 24 degres and it was hard to warm 2 rooms.The staff communicativ and very responsive. I would recomand it, price is fine
