: The location of the hotel is just excellent. The room included a good shower and was clean and decorated with nice colors.
: The reception wasn't occupied for most parts of the day. The room was smaller (or seemed smaller) than expected. The breakfast was literally the same during all our staying (4 nights).

: The room we had (307) was a corner unit. It was clean and spacious with a view of church a few blocks away. The bathroom had a stand in shower and the room was equipped with a microwave.
: This property is better described as an upmarket hostel rather than a hotel. We arrived after 6pm so were subject to a self checkin process. The building is laid out in a strange configuration so it was a bit of a process to locate the room. Renovation work is being undertaken in parts of the building. The reception area has a musty smell which was off-putting but thankfully that smell was confined only to this area.

: Great location!! Wonderful breakfast. Breakfast hostess very nice, kept everything clean, & well stocked. We slept well. Would recommend to anyone in the budget search.
: Bathroom water tank motor loud & shower a tight fit. Automatic light by door VERY bright.

: The third bed was rather uncomfortable. The toilet was stinking during rain.
