  : The kitchnette (well equiped). It was not mentioned before that towels were available, en that’s fine! Coffee machine also OK. Modern furniture in living (black and white accents). Good chairs around the table.Size of the bed; cosy lightening and warm carpets in all roomsAppartment key is immediately available whenn arriving: fine!
  : The bed is noisy, even when you sleeps alone and when you move slowly (f.e. turn). Therefore, we didn’t use it no longer after one night. We used the bed in the living and the coach in the bedroom. We are not sure that the sheet on that coach was fresh, but we were too tired.... Perhaps one more set of bed sheets available?

  : The apartment is fabulous, very cozy, with comfortable beds, good heating as it was very cold and all the facilities to spend a great stay. We travelled with our baby and we had a wonderful time. The building has an elevator. The place is a little bit far from the centre but well connected near the underground U3 in 5 stops you arrive to Stephanplatz.
  : I requested a baby cot and they provided one at an extra price but the cot had no mattress, no sheets or blankets for the baby to sleep in and usually when we book and request a cot for the baby it comes with everything ready for the baby to sleep in, if not why request it..? no sense at all.

  : Easy to collect the keys, we called Interhome and their instructions were easy to follow. The apartment had everything we needed for our two weeks stay. We really enjoyed staying in the apartmant Urban Loritz.

  : When I called to report that the television had no stations, the person on the phone was arrogant. I had to deal with the problem myself.

  : First of all, per ansamble, the experience was good. The location is amazing, great neighborhood, lots of eating opportunities, near transportation, near supermarkets, near shops. Beautiful apartment, the photos are real. Great that it has an elevator. Quiet street, quiet building. The apartment is easy to find , and easy system to get the keys.
  : BUT, our big problem was the heating system, wich didn't work. In the end, thank God for a warm september, and for the old , well made building, we  managed without. But, had the weather have been colder, our vacation would have been ruined. Because, no one from Interhome bothered to verify why the heating system was not working.  We send an email upon our arrival, but all we got was an " open the radiators". When we reply that the radiators are not the problem, the communication stopped. That, is just plain RUDE! I believe that the heating system was included in the reservation price. So, I would expect it working. What is more, I would expect also a response. I understand that it was a warm weather, but that is no excuse! Rude and very unprofessional!Also, the bed in the bedroom, needs to go! It makes sounds every time you move. The squeaky floors, I understand, because it's an old building. But the bed, is a no NO! And the carpet in the living room needs soap and water! To be fair, the furniture also needs some dusting. And , don't be so  stingy with the toilet paper.

  : Very good localization,close to metro,0,5 h by foot to the Center of Vienna.Apartment very comfortable ,convinient and cozy.With elevator.
  : Apartmen was not cleaned after previous guests.We have to spend over 3hours of short city break calling to Interhome and waiting for cleaning service.Finally we got bed linen for 2people(reservation for three )and another calls...next 2hours

  : The owen was dirty. The frying pan is small.
