  : Amazing location, just off St Stephens square and within easy walking distance of some great restaurants, yet really quiet. Beautifully presented and very spacious apartment.
  : It would have been great to have been provided with some laundry detergent and extra toilet paper. There was also a noise coming from the bathroom to do with the hot water.

  : Great location of the flat. We had a problem with a noisy heating system and it was fixed straight away.
  : The place to pick up the keys was really far away from the flat which was annoying in terms of making time for the pick up and drop off of the keys.

  : The apartment itself is wonderful. I mean the physical building and amenities. The location could not have been better and the place really is beautiful with high ceilings, large windows and lots of room. The building itself inside is quiet, we never heard or saw another tenant. Right across the street is an amazing grocery store and we were just a walk away from everything we wanted to see.
  : The rental agency was not very helpful. Their emails and communications were very polite and they were somewhat responsive. However we had some major issues with things we felt could have been handled in a better way.First is the contract. With this accommodation you cannot cancel after a certain time without paying a significant fee. The contract they send you which outlines some things that I was not happy with is sent to you after this date so if you want to cancel you have to pay the fee. That seemed a bit unfair.We rented the apartment for 9 nights. The first night we did not stay there but wanted to be able to gain access early in the morning as our plane arrived at 5:00 AM. They offered us a key drop-off for 25Euro. Pretty pricey for a client booking for so many nights. The other option was to go by their office to collect the key ourselves but then it would cost us so much more in taxi that we decided to pay the 25 Euro so we could take the train in to the city from the airport. We opted to have the key delivered. And then the fun began. Instead of just taking care of the arrangements for this service which they offered to us, we were told that we would have to contact their Vienna office via email. We did not understand why we have to deal with 3 agencies (booking.com, Interhome International, and Interhome Vienna) just to get a key dropped off. I contacted the Vienna office and never heard back. So I contacted InterHome International and they also did not respond. So I called Booking.com head office. They were helpful in saying that they would get this worked outA few days later we got an email telling us we could not get into the flat until 11:00AM as it would be occupied by other tenants until that time. This was totally wrong as I had booked the place for the night before just so I could gain access early the next morning when our plane arrived at 5:00AM.They gave us 2 rolls of toilette paper for 3 people for 9 nights. You do the math.

  : Location is fantastic, right near Stephandom. Super clean and modern apartment with a lift.. Full kitchen facilities with supermarket across the road. Wifi was good, tv had many channels. Excellent washing machine, with clothes rack and iron facilities. Comfy beds.
  : It was not clear on booking that you would need to travel to collect the keys ie the keys are not available at the property unless you arrange a courier to deliver them. Same for check out, although we were allowed to leave keys due to early international depart ure. Shower appeared to have been broken so couldnt stay at appropriate height and only 1 roll of toilet paper was left for a group for 3 nights. Whilst the decorative additions were appealing, watch as they are all glass!

  : Nice apartment, good interior, supreb location
  : The big problem is distance between key collection center and property.... its unwanted travel time. Anyways we collect the keys from safebox... the box can be at property location.... why they keep the safebox at their office. Infact when I talk to them (about it and other little bit of adjustment in checkin/checkout time) I realised they have lost so much in process.... that they forget people (customer services) aspect.

  : It is ridiculous to have to get the key from the office to check in and the same to check out. They charge 25 euros both times, if you dont pick there. It is really to get more money. The street is very noisy at night.No air conditioning and becomes unbearable in august.
